Runes & Rune Traits System – Destiny Group – Yellow

Rune System  Runes are stones you inlay your equipment with. Any rune can have 1 of 4 parameters to them to strengthen your character: Health, Artifact Power, Accuracy and Evasion. Runes can be inserted in the equipment with the same color slots as themselves:

Guide_elyon_runes Accordingly, these 4 parameters give:

Health increases your max HP pool
Artifact Power increases your maximum pool of special parameter allowing to choose more artifacts for particular class skills
Accuracy increases the chance for attacks to hit
Evasion increases the chance to attacks to be evaded

Apart from 6 color runes there are special white runes: Such runes can be inserted in any colored runeslot. These runes have 2 parameters to strengthen your character with.

Rune Groups White runes, apart from color ones, do not have one additional special parameter to them, which is written in the right upper corner of the tooltip and called Rune Characteristics parameter. 

Colored runes give this parameter, which gives points to the special rune group of the same color.

There are, of course, 6 of these groups. Groups give access to rune traits according to the number of rune characteristic parameter of the certain color:

Onslaught traits of attacks and combat

Control traits of control mechanics

Destiny traits of chances and supplemental parameters

Support traits of support and healing

Defence traits of defence

Awakening traits of high risk/high reward abilities with positive and negative effects

Each of the group has their traits divided into sets that are accessed by accumulating certain amount of certain

color points of rune characteristics by tiers: 4, 8, 16, 28, 44, 64: Each set, accordingly, allows you to activate 1 trait out of the number of traits presented in it.

Rune Traits Destiny Group - Yellow

TIER 4

New Opportunities

Upon killing an enemy target there is a 2% chance to reset all skill’s cooldowns

Skyfall

Upon killing an enemy target there is a 2% chance to summon 9 meteors around the character, each inflicting 700 fire magic damage and Knockdown in wide radius

The radius for each meteor as well as the radius of the trait itself are not specified.

Spoils of Rapture

Upon killing an enemy target there is a 2% chance to acquire a buff, increasing experience gain and droprate by 8% for 15 seconds

TIER 8

Constant Luck

The chance of traits of the set (4) of the Destiny group: New Opportunities, Skyfall, Spoils of Rapture, doubles

Adventurer Destiny

Output damage decreases by 5%, but the experience gain and droprate increases by 10%

TIER 16

The Boom of Hunting Grounds

While hunting monsters in hunting grounds you acquire a buff, increasing the maximum possible hunt rating for 40 minutes. Ratings increase experience gain and droprate by certain percent as follows:
S: 4%
SS: 8%
SSS: 12%
You lose the buff upon death

The Boom Murderer

Upon killing an enemy player you acquire a buff, increasing the experience gain and droprate for 40 minutes. The buff is further enhanced according to the number of kills performed by certain percent as follows:
3 kills: 4%
4 kills: 8%
5 kills: 12%
You lose the buff upon death

The Boom of War

Upon killing monsters you acquire stacks of an indefinite buff. Upon acquiring a certain amount of stacks you acquire a buff, increasing experience gain and droprate for 40 minutes. The buff is further enhanced according to the number of monsters slain by certain percent as follows:
20 monsters: 4%
30 monsters: 8%
40 monsters: 12%
You lose the buff upon death

TIER 28

The Power of Destiny

The effects of experience gain and droprate of traits of the set (24) of the Destiny group: The Boon of Hunting Ground, The Boon of Murderer, The Boon of War, increase by 1.5 times

TIER 44

Comprehension of Destiny

The Artifact Power stat increases by 40

TIER 64

The Time of Destiny

The duration of effects of traits of the set (24) of the Destiny group: The Boon of Hunting Ground, The Boon of Murderer, The Boon of War, doubles

Runic Destiny

All rune groups gain additional 12 points of characteristics

Tarot

You acquire an additional skill for your skillbar [Tarot]: You draw a tarot card, acquiring one of 2 following effects (skill cooldown 10 seconds):

  1. You acquire a debuff, decreasing the 1 next attack damage by 50% for 5 seconds
  2. You acquire a buff for 5 seconds, increasing the critical hit chance of the only one next attack by 100%

Only one trait of sets (64) of all runetrait groups at the time can be activated for the character

Roll for Destiny

You acquire an additional skill for your skillbar [Roll for Destiny]: You roll a dice, acquiring one of 6 following effects (skill cooldown 60 seconds):

  1. You acquire a buff, increasing output damage by 50% for 10 seconds
  2. You acquire a debuff, increasing incoming damage by 50% for 10 seconds
  3. The explosion occurs in 8m radius around the character, inflicting 600 physical damage and Knockdown. The character is also inflicted with Knockdown. The damage of the trait is not dispersed while hitting multiple targets
  4. You acquire a debuff Silence for 4 seconds
  5. You restore 100% of stamina and resource
  6. All skill’s cooldowns with cooldowns less than 1 minutes are reset

Only one trait of sets (64) of all runetrait groups at the time can be activated for the character

The maximum number of targets for effect (3) is not specified.

The Wheel of Fate

You acquire an additional skill for your skillbar [The Wheel of Fate]: You turn the wheel, acquiring one of 2 following effects (skill cooldown 60 seconds):

  1. All skill’s cooldowns with cooldowns less than 1 minutes are reset
  2. All skills with ongoing cooldowns have their current cooldowns increased by 20%
